Return & Refund Policy

At Aimoura Swim, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The hygiene liner must remain intact and must not be removed.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Bikini sets must be returned as a complete set. We do not accept returns for individual pieces purchased as part of a set.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The hygiene liner has been removed.
• The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Tags have been removed.
• The bikini set is returned incomplete.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items unless the product received is faulty, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aimoura Swim cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item when contacting us.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not available. If you require a different size or style, we recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order, subject to product availability.
